These days, we're just wondering where the reason was back then.

Chicco knew it from the start – he just wasn't heard.

– Life in Orbit, Version 1.0

🪐From Life on Orbit

When life's on the line, you go into reflex mode. Then you breathe through it – and suddenly, you can laugh.  Welcome to the funzone. 🛸

🛰️ We Evaluate Orbits – Not Lives

Yes, some of those launches into orbit were unnecessary.

But we're not left floating in a vacuum.

We're learning to read the complex flight path – and we now plan rescue missions with calm.

We don't judge with bitterness.

Because we survived. And once you've been on orbit, you know:

👉 Not everything that shines is progress

👉 Not every silence means peace

👉 And not every wound is a defeat

1️⃣ Patient Mode

🧼 "A routine that must not fail."

The body asks for rest.

Clean only when it asks for it.

Warm water – just at the edge of what's tolerable.

Touch is medicine – but only if the dog asks for it.

Lymph doesn't follow deadlines – it will release on its own.

If the dog is calm, don't interfere – that's a win.

2️⃣ Tower Reports

📡 "When the patient decides to return from orbit, the tower must be ready."

  • Communication is gentle, sensitive.
  • You don't call when the patient is sleeping.
  • You don't adjust the dose by calendar, but by the day.
  • Messages pass through filtered water and intuition.
  • Sometimes the only answer is: "I'll wait."
  • Trust > protocol.

3️⃣ How Not to Burn Fuel

🚀 "On this orbit, every bit of energy is precious."

  • No testing of limits – only respect.
  • Fuel isn't burned through stress but transformed into calm.
  • Movement doesn't happen on command but by will.
  • If the engine doesn't start, it's likely still regenerating.
  • On orbit, you fly slowly – only then can you survive the return.

🛰  "Give him 0.7." – Life in the Orbit of Dermatology

💬 When the system launches you into the orbital zone of immunosuppression, you suddenly realize that medication dosing and navigating reality have one thing in common: no clear signs.

"Give him 0.7."

This sentence was uttered during the most difficult days, when our hypersensitive patient's body was battling inflammation, exhaustion, and harmful drug combinations.

In a situation where professional care failed and protocols shifted with the mood of the moment, we found ourselves in orbit – a space beyond the gravitational pull of medical certainty. From orbital injections to balance disorders to GPS that suddenly forgets the destination.

In this space, you must rebuild your thinking. And usually, your dosing too, because:

🔁 The specialist isn't geographically available,

📞 Phone calls end with "we'll call you back,"

📩 And email communication… is discouraged.

And so Orbital Dermatology was born – a discipline where we help ourselves, improvise, and even when it hurts…

…we're still here.

👉 What really happens in orbit?

👉 How do you adjust treatment based on the dog's gait, mood, or facial expression?

👉 And why is warm water sometimes more effective than entire antibiotic protocols?
